Surveillance Directors Meeting - A 4 hour "closed-door" information & intelligence sharing meeting open to all conference attendees. The meeting will be hosted by
Darrin Hoke.
Short presentations by Bill Zender, George Joseph and James Taylor.

- Player Club Conspiracies (Is marketing being taken for a ride?)
- Dice Sliding (how do they get away with it?)
- The Cutter scam (teams get caught in May & November)
- Counterfeit Shuffle Machines (concealed camera "coolers" )
- Collusions scams in general (It's getting worse and the hits are bigger)
- Marked cards (the staff are now putting them in the game)
- Sorts (manufacturer defects)
- The Don Johnson Effect (casinos dropping their guard on big players)
- The Roulette Color-up Teams (it's just too easy)
- The need for developing industry standards.
