13:00 Surveillance Directors Meeting - A 4 hour "closed-door" information & intelligence sharing meeting open to all conference attendees. The meeting will be hosted by
Darrin Hoke.
Short presentations by Bill Zender, George Joseph and James Taylor.

Meeting objectives:
  1. Analyze significant scams to hit our industry in the last 12 months.
  2. Share intelligence on organized scams being conducted today.
  3. Discuss trends in the industry that threaten game protection in the future.
  4. Create industry standards for casino surveillance.

This year's topics include:
- Player Club Conspiracies (Is marketing being taken for a ride?)
- Dice Sliding (how do they get away with it?)
- The Cutter scam (teams get caught in May & November)
- Counterfeit Shuffle Machines (concealed camera "coolers" )
- Collusions scams in general (It's getting worse and the hits are bigger)
- Marked cards (the staff are now putting them in the game)
- Sorts (manufacturer defects)
- The Don Johnson Effect (casinos dropping their guard on big players)
- The Roulette Color-up Teams (it's just too easy)
- The need for developing industry standards.
