Morons

Tourists along Phnom Penh's popular riverside area are increasingly finding themselves playing a game they can't win. In the past week, numerous instances of a blackjack scam targeting visitors to the capital have been reported in the area. Hmhhh... sounds like a plot for a movie "Gullible's Travels". There's just no honor among thieves anymore.

Two casino maintenance staff have been detained by police and questioned for their alleged involvement in a collusion scam. The staff installed hidden wireless micro-cameras on a baccarat game and colluding with a player in a plot that cheated the casino for over 3 years.
