I often get asked - what is the industry standard for staffing levels in surveillance? It's a popular question right now due to a number of new jurisdictions opening up across the country.

I gotta hand it to the roulette color-up cheats. They're like "Energizer Bunnies." Not only has this Caribbean group of casino scammers been merenguing their way across the U.S.A. hitting roulette tables on a nightly basis, they're multiplying like rabbits.

The rules are a set of explicit or understood regulations or principles governing the conduct of the game. Procedures are an established or official series of steps designed to accomplish an end.
