Alicia McAuley is the Executive Director for the Cow Creek Gaming & Regulatory Commission which provides regulatory oversight for Seven Feathers Casino Resort. Alicia started her career in 2001 as a surveillance operator and worked her way up the ranks where she spent nine years as the Director of Surveillance. She is one of the founding members of the Oregon Surveillance Network where she served several years as an officer prior to taking over the OSN website (now Red Hand) which she and her team administer.
As Executive Director, Alicia represents the Commission as the current Chair of the Oregon Association of Indian Gaming Commissioners, is the current Treasurer for the Oregon Tribal Gaming Alliance and sits on the board of the Oregon Council for Problem Gambling. Alicia was recently appointed by the Governor to serve the next four years as a Commissioner on the Oregon Government Ethics Commission which impartially and effectively administer and enforce Oregon’s government ethics laws for the benefit of Oregon Citizens.
An enrolled member of the Cow Creek Band of the Umpqua Tribe of Indians, Alicia serves as a Commissioner on the Cow Creek Tribal Law Enforcement Commission, sits on the Tribal Workers Compensation Review Board and on the Cow Creek Tribal Education Board. Alicia attended Oregon State University and holds a certificate in gaming management from UNR.
