Frank Stroembo

IACS Chairman Director of Security & Surveillance

Frank Stroembo is the Director of Casino Surveillance & Security at the Royal Casino in Panama. He joined the casino industry in 1991 as a surveillance operator in Casino Copenhagen in his home country of Denmark. In 1993 Frank moved into casino surveillance and security management. Over the past 30 years he has worked in a managerial capacity in several countries in Europe, Africa and Latin America and participated in the opening of new casinos in Poland, Greece, Morocco, Suriname, Argentina and Panama where he now resides.

Frank is currently serving as Chairman of International Association for Casino Security (IACS). IACS is a worldwide association for Heads of Casino Security & Surveillance whose main purpose is the legal exchange of information to help safeguard casinos against any type of illegal or undesired activity.

In 2013 Frank was the founder of a similar association that specifically targets Latin America called  Asociación Latino Americano de Seguridad de Casinos (ALASCA).  He served as Chairman from 2013 to 2020 when he stepped down and took over the chairmanship of IACS.
