NV Gaming Enforcement

Supervisor Michael Noworyta started his law enforcement career in the state of Indiana in 2005 working for the Hammond Police Department and the West Lafayette Police Department.  He later moved to Las Vegas, where he began his career with the Nevada Gaming Control Board Enforcement Division in 2012.  Supervisor Noworyta has worked several short term and long term investigations involving cheating at gambling, fraud, theft, and counterfeiting.  Supervisor Noworyta is currently assigned as supervisor to the NGCB’s Intelligence and Analyst Section, which oversees internal agency requests, special projects, intelligence collection, and dissemination of information.  He also serves as the Enforcement Division Staff Officer and Training Officer. Supervisor Noworyta also liaisons with other divisions to identify issues regarding criminal and regulatory gaming activity, and has been a speaker at conferences to discuss regulatory and criminal trends that have an impact on the gaming industry in the state of Nevada.

SESSION DESCRIPTION
BOLO 25 – The Briefing Room 

The Briefing Room is a new moderated round table session featuring representatives from gaming enforcement divisions across various jurisdictions. Each participant will be asked to give a short 15-minute presentation on gaming crime prosecutions, trends in their jurisdictions and general BOLO information.
