Before retiring in 2023 Ron Buono had worked in the gaming industry in Las Vegas for over 40 years with his career culminating as the Executive Director of Surveillance at MGM Grand Las Vegas. Ron formerly served as Vice President of the International Association of Certified Surveillance Professionals and has taught and conducted game protection lectures and seminars for more than 20 years. While operational Ron and his team were honored with numerous commendations, awards and certificates from the law-enforcement community of Southern Nevada. Ron Buono is the 2016 recipient of the WGPC Lifetime Achievement Award.
