How To Implement a Successful Whistleblower Program
A critical topic for any ethics and compliance program is the ability for employees to raise concerns. Even in companies with strong cultures some employees will hesitate to speak their minds for fear of retaliation or being shunned by the team if they go through normal channels, like their manager or HR. In this presentation Shannon Walker talks about how to use an anonymous employee helpline to ensure that all voices are heard. Shannon will share the pros and cons of creating your own helpline or using a third party.
