Debi Nutton is a trailblazing former casino executive, gaming consultant, and executive coach. Debi  began her career in 1980 as one of the few female dice dealers on the Las Vegas Strip. She was on the opening team of the Mirage as the only female dice pit manager and went on to work for MGM/Mirage for twenty-four years, reaching the role of Senior VP of Casino Operations and Marketing for MGM and Bellagio. Debi later joined Wynn Resorts in 2013 as the Executive Vice President of Casino Operations. In 2020 she launched her coaching and consulting business. Debi is a graduate of the UC Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Bellevue University and an associate degree in nursing from UNLV. She was recognized by Global Gaming Women with the Great Women of Gaming Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. Most recently, Debi was inducted into the American Gaming Association’s Gaming Hall of Fame Class of 2024 in recognition of her lifelong contributions to the casino industry.
