Surveillance Manager Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission

Joshua Hammersley is the Surveillance Manager for the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission.  As Surveillance Manager Josh is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Surveillance Observation and Surveillance Technical Divisions at Potawatomi Hotel and Casino in Milwaukee and Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel in Carter, Wisconsin.

Josh has evolved the Surveillance Observation Division, responsible for monitoring over 3,000 slot machines and 60 plus gaming tables between two properties, to become a proactive department utilizing a risk-based approach. This evolution has been accomplished by utilizing audits, data analytics, and exception-based reports to quickly and effectively identify theft and suspicious activity.  Managing the Surveillance Technical Division, Josh has overseen multiple projects including the addition of a 381 Room Hotel and major renovations and expansions of the gaming floor. Josh has over 18 years of experience in casino surveillance and holds a Certificate in Gaming from the University of Nevada, Reno.
