Scott Easton is the Director of Surveillance Operations for the Pechanga Gaming Commission in Temecula, California. Scott began his career in Kansas City before moving to Las Vegas, where he worked with MGM Resorts and helped launch The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, establishing a data-driven fraud detection department. In 2017, he expanded internationally, playing a key role in the opening of Baha Mar in the Bahamas. Today, Scott oversees surveillance, technical systems, and fraud analysis at Pechanga, combining regulatory expertise with innovative approaches to game protection.
