Shamar has dedicated 18 years to senior leadership roles within Surveillance operations at both Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. Known for an ability to thrive in high-volume, large-scale casino environments, he excels at tackling complex investigations that demand creativity and strategic thinking. Shamar’s expertise and leadership recently earned him a speaking opportunity at the U.S. Northeast Surveillance Directors Conference, where he presented on the use of electronic recording devices on table games for nefarious purposes in Asia.
