Thomas Maier is an Advanced Compliance Auditor for the Wisconsin Division of Gaming with over 25 years of gaming experience, Tom conducts compliance audits of all Class III Tribal gaming facilities in the state. Prior to starting with the Division of Gaming, he worked in both Tribal and Commercial Gaming including Ho-Chunk Nation, MGM Resorts International, Station Casinos, Players Island Casino, President Casino St. Louis, and the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission.

Tom’s experience in gaming extends to the states of Missouri, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin. During that time, he held various positions including: Director of Surveillance, Surveillance Supervisor, Surveillance Trainer, Surveillance Operator, Table Games Dealer, Security Officer, and Training and Development Specialist. Tom is an Army Veteran. He has a degree in police science from Madison College and he received a Certificate of Professional Development in Gaming Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
