Tony Weiss has 38 years of experience in the casino industry working in corporate and tribal gaming operations. He started in the business as a dealer at Trump Plaza, Atlantic City in 1984 and has surveillance and table games experience in multiple jurisdictions.
Tony began his surveillance career in 1992 and went on to work at the Sands, Borgata and the Revel. During his time in Atlantic City he co-founded and edited the Atlantic City Surveillance News, a groundbreaking quarterly newsletter for the surveillance industry. In 2015 Tony was appointed to the position of Director of Surveillance for the Mohegan Tribe overseeing operations in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and advising on national and international properties and expansion projects.
In 2020 he was promoted to his current position of Chief Surveillance Executive. Tony is a recipient of the WGPC Lifetime Achievement Award.
